Running plays a very important role in our life. But nowadays we totally forget about running. It’s the most important and basic exercise in our life. Running is a very old exercise to do.
There are so many benefits of running,
·    First of all, while we are running it affects all of our bodies in terms of exercise.
  • Running burns a high amount of total fat.
  • ·    It helps in making whole body muscle.
  • ·    Especially it works for legs workout
  • ·    Running is the basic term to understand the most exercise.
If we do running daily, then we don’t need the gym also.

    So here we see the importance of running now we know the basics of running.
Next, we have to know how actually running works for the whole body?
Basically, for running we need to know how to start running, which parts of the body are needed the most while running, the basics of running, and how much running is enough for a normal person.

  • a)  While we are running our heartbeats very fast so we intake a high amount of oxygen which makes our lungs healthy and builds stamina.
  • b) Because of fast breathing, we sweat more and more while running, so it burns a high amount of fat.



  • c) Because we inhale more oxygen, that means the heart pumps easily and the rate of blood flow will increase.
  • d) Due to increased blood flow, there will be no blood clotting in our nerves.
