Health difference between a city person and a village person

Hello everyone it's been a long time since I post the last blog.

So, whatever now it's time for a new blog and some more knowledge

Today we are going to talk about the health difference between an urban area and a rural area person or a human.

Nowadays it's too difficult to maintain good health for both areas persons because we all know all kinds of pollution are the reason for our bad health.

But also, in these situations, there is a huge difference in the village's health and a metro city people's health. This is because our lifestyles are different our working timings are different also some natural factors are included in this.

But we have to understand that the lifestyle of a person from a village is far better than a metro city or an urban area in the terms of health.

Remember it's health we are talking about in this blog. So please don’t get me wrong.

Now without wasting time I am going to tell you the main thing and that is the difference between health.

  • As we know the first difference Is our lifestyle in the matters of health

  • Now in urban metro cities most of the time we sleep after 10pm, but in rural areas, it's too late to sleep they sleep before 9pm or it's maybe 8 pm also. We all know this formula that is early to bed early to rise makes a people healthy and wise.

  • Also, we know in Urban areas it’s the official time that causes this late sleeping lifestyle but still believes me it's better to sleep early and try to finish your work in the morning. It really helps you to improve your mental and physical health

  • Second is the food, in Urban areas, few peoples seriously avoid fast food, but most of the time we consume fast food more than our normal food. But in rural areas they have their own farm-fresh food also they avoid the fast food every time. So, try to avoid fast food also sometimes …... if possible, have some healthy food also hahaha. I know it's too difficult to have healthy food and avoid fast food but if you want a healthy life this is the only way hahaha.

  • The third is avoid to riding on a bike or car for a little distance and try to walk sometimes if it's possible. For me, the normal distance is like 2 or 3 km very funny. But it depends on your condition or on your mind 2 or 3 k is not that long on a bicycle if you can try. In villages or in rural areas people work hard and use bicycles, also females bring food for their animals on their heads.

According to me, these are the main points that define the health condition of an urban and a rural area person

If you know some more points then you can also write your views in the comments.

At last, I want to repeat try to eat healthy food and avoid Fast food at least twice a week.
