For being healthy we have so many things which can help you to be healthy or develop healthier habits. 
Let's talk about habits before talking further, habit is for which you don't have to force yourself, it will automatically work for you, For Example, we all have the habit of getting breakfast or taking bath before going outside. 
For reaching this level A person has to start planning the things that how he or she can manage their time because for every new habit you need a little time so you can make it your habit.

 

Develop healthier habits

There are a few steps that can help to develop healthier habits 

  • Plan:- Start planning your day as I said earlier plan what you are going to do or what you want to do in a whole day. plan your daily routine daily diet time to eat time to exercise
  • Change your surroundings:-  after planning, your second step is to change your surroundings. your surroundings affect you so much. if you have a friend circle of lazy people who don't like to go outside then you also feel after some time that nothing is outside I can do in my room whatever I want, so start changing your surroundings, your nearby environment and try to focus on your goals.
  • Ask for support:-  it's necessary to get some help in whatever you want to do or what you are going to do. the simple rule is that if you want to do something big you need more people even yourself.
  • In healthier habits ask for support, ask your friend or parents to help you to guide, or help you to wake up for the exercise 
  • Ask a professional to guide you in changing yourself
  • Fill your time with healthy activities:- Try to fill your useless time by doing something healthy that time ex... Starting walking in the morning eat healthy to fill your table with green vegetables etc
  • Reward yourself:- A reward is something that gives you an instant boost to your activity, so reward yourself while you change your bad habit into a good or healthy habit ex. make a delicious dish yourself or buy something that makes you happy.
