The truth is that everyone is going to be old and we all know, the importance of health in our old age. 
We have seen our grandparents and parents grow older, also older days are healthier than nowadays because they have the healthier diets rather than us, we need to understand the right concept of health.


Health is not when you are having the gym and putting weight, but on the other hand, health is what you feel inside you and continue having healthier habits ex:- having fruits and a balanced diet at home or wherever you are.

You need to rebuild the truth about a healthy life everyone right now wants to go to the gym and keeps saying that they don't have time to go to a gym that's why they are not healthy. The truth is you don't need to go to the gym or hit the gym daily just for being healthy.
You just need to change some basic things which you are following in your daily routine.
Ex:- Start with a healthy nap, healthy nap means sleeping early as soon as possible and avoiding watching tv, mobile, and other screen-related things also you can have a shower before going to sleep for having a good sleep.
Another Ex:-  Everyone says to eat a lot so can stay healthy, but no one tells you that eat a lot but in different meals, You don't need to eat so much at a time just divide your meals properly and have it.
